Start with the jumping role, it is really effective, and you have to spend one minute doing this exercise. Go for dips just after jumping rope and doing rest. Makes sure that you do 12 to 15 reps in a single time and there are high knees and 30 each knee is enough to burn hundreds of calories. Now, you need to do curls with resistance bands, and the limit is 20 to 30. Make sure to do it as per your body limit. This one is last, and you can do it without any issue.
